PLAN 3
EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT
Investment relating to the CONSULTING SERVICE of Amada Italia.

Investment relating to the rental of an exclusive apartment. Electricity, internet, water and gas costs are not included.
All Plans Include:
- Analysis Preventive of all documentation;
- Transfer between local train station and accommodation (arrival and departure); If the customer travels during the stay and wishes to be accompanied to the train or bus station, a cost will be charged for each transfer made. Arrival and departure times are from 9:00 to 19:30 from Monday to Friday, in case of extraordinary times and on weekends a separate cost will be charged for the transfer;
- Transfers for all administrative proceedings;
- Letter of Invitation – This is a letter that is presented to immigration, if requested, stating that we will provide accommodation;
- Declaration of Presence and Hospitality – It is a document made personally at the Police Headquarters to declare your presence on Italian territory, if you have not received the entry stamp into Europe from Italy (In this case it is better to fly directly to Italy or make a stopover outside the Schengen treaty, any country outside the European Union);
- Tax Code – Document equivalent to the Brazilian CPF and the Argentine CUIL;

Anagrafe Registration:
*Application for Italian Citizenship;
*Registration of Residence with the Municipality;
*Check of the Residence by the Local Police; - Italian Identity Card (ID) (excluding identity issuing costs - current value €25);

Italian Passport (excluding passport issuing costs – current value €132);
*The passport will be programmed based on the availability date in the Italian Federal Police system. If there are no close dates for completing the citizenship process, the applicant will need to make an appointment with the consulate of their country of residence; -
Residency Permit (excluding costs for issuing the Residence Permit, if necessary - current value €120);
*The Residence Permit will be issued ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY to the applicant for Italian Citizenship. WE DO NOT issue Residence Permits to companions. In this case, check the extra cost for companions; - Complete Consultancy with Italian Public Bodies.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Regardless of the Plan chosen, a security deposit in the amount of will be required €300 (Three Hundred Euros), which will be returned to the customer at the end of the process, AFTER REGISTRATION WITH THE A.I.R.E. and calculations of electricity, gas and water consumption.
2. It includes the monthly amounts of the following tariffs: Electricity: €150, Gas: €100 and Water: €50.
If these values are exceeded, the differences will be divided among the customers residing in the residence.
