Guide for monitoring the Italian citizenship judicial process via the Giustizia Civile APP:
1.
Search the App Store or Play Store for the Giustizia Civile App;
2.
In the initial message screen that opens, select the option “Non mostrare più” and then “Chiudi”;
3.
On the next screen, click on "Uffici" in the lower bar of the screen;
4.
Enter the name of the court or county in your case. For example Roma, Milano, etc.
Always choose "Tribunale Ordinare";
Confirm the option in the window that opens (Sì);
5.
On the next screen click on “Ruolo Generale”;
6.
Enter the process number and enter the start year; On the next screen you will find all the movements of your process.
7.
In the “Fascicolo” screen you will see general information about the trial, such as the names of the parties, the case number, the competent judge, etc.
8.
In this screen it is possible to follow the history of each phase of the process and the date of the next hearing, which can be synchronized with the agenda.
9.
This screen contains information about the final sentence. Once granted, the dates the ruling was filed for publication and the date it was sent to the "Agenzia delle Entrate" will be recorded, which has up to 180 days to communicate it to the Municipality.
